Founder Samantha Albano
Samantha Albano is the founder of Purify, The Sweat and Chill Lounge. As a D2 volleyball athlete at Merrimack College, Samantha was driven to find a solution to the aches and pains that came with throwing her body around the court. She was studying business and pursuing entrepreneurship, and was also very passionate about health, wellness, and holistic healing. After extensive research, Sam opened her own business to promote healthy living and healing through the unique benefits of Far Infrared. Sam enjoys creating content for the Purify blog and social accounts and taking care of her Purifiers!
Purify is a spa-like space that offers a relaxing environment for patrons to take time out from everyday stresses, detox, ease joint pain, burn calories, and more!

She partners with other wellness companies for unique experiences. Purify is always clean and ready for their next guest. I love detoxing at Purify and resetting my body and mind.

The annual awards seek online votes from local residents. Winners were announced in the June issue of Sarasota Magazine. Samantha Albano, proprietor, opened her storefront on South Pineapple Avenue in downtown Sarasota on Aug. 28, 2018. With the help of her business partner (and mother), Sandy Albano, Samantha Albano and her team have excelled in building clientele and providing excellent spa services in addition to body wraps. Albano has a bachelor’s in business administration, with a major in marketing, from Merrimack College.
