For optimal results, we recommend 2–3 sessions per week. However, this can vary depending on your personal health goals. Some may find benefits with more frequent sessions, while others may prefer once a week. Always listen to your body!
Hydration is key! It's best to drink plenty of water before, during, and after your session to stay properly hydrated. We recommend drinking at least 8–10 ounces of water before entering the Purify, and continuing to hydrate afterward to help flush out toxins.
The infrared sauna light therapy session is safe for most individuals aged 18 and older. Younger individuals should consult with a healthcare provider before using the session. Always follow any specific age-related recommendations from your doctor.

After your session, you may feel relaxed, refreshed, and rejuvenated. It’s normal to experience slight sweating and a sense of increased energy. Some people may also notice improved circulation and reduced muscle tension. If you’re new to infrared sauna therapy, take it easy afterward and hydrate well.

Each session at Purify is thoughtfully designed to last 50 minutes—giving you the perfect balance of time to sweat, chill, and recharge.
We provide a sweat set for you to wear, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. You will need a long-sleeve shirt, sweatpants, and socks. If you'd like, you may bring your own headphones and device. Please have comfortable clothing to put back on afterward.
To prepare, simply make sure you’re hydrated, avoid heavy meals immediately before your session, and wear comfortable clothing.
